Washington Estates I/II, L.P.
Washington Estates I and II is a 94-unit apartment complex to be located in Tennille, Georgia. The homes feature well-appointed, three- and four-bedroom floor plans, each with energy efficient systems. Every home is a Certified EarthCraft house. GEC performed a DCA Phase I ESA for Washington Estates I and II in accordance with ASTM E 1527-2013, Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments, Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process and the Georgia DCA Environmental Manual. Washington Estates I was approved for funding by DCA in 2010, and Washington Estates II was approved for funding by DCA in 2013.
